Also we will be collecting 2021 Membership Dues and encouraging members to volunteer to run one of our monthly meetings.

Monthly Meetings Update

In order to bring a fresh perspective to our monthly meetings (and because our regular location is unavailable due to Covid), we are asking our members to volunteer to organize and host 1 monthly meeting.

Requirements for hosting include

  1. Provide a location to host a meeting in Summit County for about 10-15 members. The location could be your private residence or a local business we'd like to support such as Foote's Rest or Uptown on Main where we would have a semi-private space.  While we are not able to pay for the space, our members would order appetizers and drinks.
  2. Schedule a guest speaker or meeting topic and plan meeting activities such as an icebreaker or educational event.  This portion of the meeting should last about 45 minutes.

Our meetings are held the second Monday evening of each month. We start with a business meeting which lasts about 45 minutes, then take a break to socialize for about 15 minutes and then head into the topic for the evening.
